We provide water, soft drinks, light snacks, condiments, and cooking spices to get you started.
Nearest Grocery Stop
For groceries and essentials, we recommend stopping at Lowe's Market (102 TX-55, Rocksprings, TX 78880) on your way in — just a 20-minute drive from the ranch.
From 102 TX-55, head toward Uvalde Rd and continue onto US-377 N. After 16.5 miles, turn right onto Private Rd 1500. The ranch will be on the right in 0.4 miles.
For a truly special occasion, it may be possible to arrange a private on-site chef, depending on availability and lead time. Pricing and coordination vary — please inquire directly for details.

Before You Arrive
Yes. When you book 3-Wire Ranch, the entire property is reserved for your group. There are no other guests on the property during your stay.
Most activities are included — pool, hot tub, animal encounters, stargazing, and kayaking/canoeing equipment. Shooting sessions with instruction, fly fishing (license required), and moto repair shop services may have separate fees. Ask when booking.
The ranch is located in Edwards County near Rocksprings, TX — about 2 hours from San Antonio and 3 hours from Austin. We recommend stocking up on groceries before arrival; the full kitchen is well-equipped.
Absolutely — we were practically built for it. The Texas Hill Country BDR-X runs nearby, we have secure bike storage, a full repair shop, and Shawn rides himself. See our Adventure Biker page for details.
